LEADINGFORWARD podcastimages (2)  The mission of the church is make disciples.  All of church leadership is related to getting that done.  But discipleship is not a program or curriculum.  It is passing on the life of faith in the context of relationship.  Discipleship is not flying solo; it is flying in formation with others on the journey of following Christ.  This edition of Sights & Sounds is given to online resources for group life and spiritual formation. – mick nelson
