Kaarina Hsieh
Parkway Forest Community Church
Rev. Kaarina Hsieh has been serving actively in pastoral ministries for 30 years in a variety of contexts. For 17 years she served on faculty and as Dean of Students at Tyndale Seminary. There she gave oversight to Student Development and Chapel ministries, also teaching in the areas of Gospel Church and Culture, Youth and Family Ministry and in areas of Spiritual Formation. In 2024 she served as Interim Academic Dean for Master’s College and Seminary and continues to teach as adjunct faculty for Master’s Seminary.
Since 2012, Kaarina has served as Lead Pastor of Parkway Forest Community Church, located in Toronto. Parkway Forest Community Church is a dynamic, multicultural, age and sociology-economically diverse church that is always seeking to build bridges into the community, finding new ways to love the city to Jesus. Kaarina is delighted to serve on the General Executive of the PAOC and is a committed member of the Fellowship. She has served on the Board of Directors for Youth Unlimited GTA where she continues to champion for the spiritual growth and health of youth and their families to greater wholeness in Christ. She and her husband Wayne live in, love and serve the community they’ve been called to with great joy and a deep sense of God’s Kingdom purposes.
